Wade has been licensed to practice law in Texas since May 2002. For more than two decades, he has represented clients in a wide variety of engagements in civil litigation. On behalf of a loyal client base, Wade maintains an active litigation practice in issues concerning real estate and business disputes. Additionally, Wade actively represents clients in criminal defense matters and immigration removal proceedings. Outside of the courtroom, Wade focuses a substantial part of his practice on the creation of, and consultation regarding, trust agreements, contracts, and business formation. Wade has operated his own law practice since 2009.
Born in Dallas, Wade attended W. T. White High School. Following high school, Wade attended Southern Methodist University on a full academic/Air Force ROTC scholarship. Upon determining that a career in military service was not his calling, Wade left SMU to attend the University of Texas, where he graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Following college, Wade worked at a renowned national law firm before enrolling at Baylor Law School in 1999. Wade was conferred his Juris Doctor from Baylor in November 2001. Wade is admitted to practice in the United States Districts Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, as well as all state courts in Texas.
Away from his practice of law, Wade enjoys pursuits related to wellness and fellowship. Wade also enjoys spending time with his children through whom he continues to learn and grow.
